Diplômée en histoire de l’art (Ecole du Louvre), Mariana est passionnée par la photographie minimaliste, notamment celle d'architecture avec une approche souvent poétique. Elle observe la ville et ses métamorphoses avec pour but, capter et préserver la mémoire de l’espace public comme une donnée précieuse, dans une approche plus critique que contemplative. Elle participe également sur des projets en tant que commissaire (From Their Hands - Museum On/Off Centre Pompidou Paris 2016, Archive of Voices avec Maks Velo, 2019), dont ceux de son association artistique parisienne Projektor, qui vise à promouvoir de jeunes artistes dans des lieux insolites et informels.
Graduated in art history (Ecole du Louvre), Mariana has a passion for minimalist photography, especially of architecture, yet with a poetic approach. She observes the city and its metamorphoses with the aim of capturing and preserving the memory of public space as precious data, in an approach that is more critical than contemplative. She also participates on artistic projects as a curator (From Their Hands - Museum On/Off Center Pompidou Paris 2016, Archive of Voices with Maks Velo, 2019), including those of her Parisian artistic association Projektor, which aims to promote young artists in unusual and informal places.
